With a background in leadership development and storytelling, Dr. Tess Hobson is a Certified Narrative Coach Practitioner who helps emerging and mid-level leaders build their leadership skills and mindset so they can step into bigger roles, lead with poise, and confidently deliver high-impact results.
As a former federal executive coach and across her career in consulting, counseling, teaching, and coaching, one truth has guided her: powerful leadership starts with owning your story. Her work blends narrative coaching, deep empathy, and strategic development to help leaders transform self-doubt into grounded presence and influence.
Dr. Hobson has coached senior leaders across the federal government and now specializes in supporting women leaders who lead differently, think differently, and don’t always feel like they fit the mold.
