The Women in Leadership Accelerator is a high-touch, cohort-based program designed to support women leaders in expanding their leadership capacity from the inside out.
Over four months, participants engage in powerful leadership development, meaningful peer connection, and guided coaching designed to challenge limiting patterns and unlock new ways of leading.
Participants leave with a stronger leadership voice, deeper trust in their instincts, and a supportive network of women leaders walking a similar path.
